What do we do? | |
What is the service?
What is in involved? What do we do? Where can we be found? | We go forwards with an individual, working together towards their goals and overcoming barriers to employment.
How do we do it? We get to know an individual and develop an action plan with them that focuses on their goals and manages barriers
In practical terms? We support our jobseekers with owning a CV that is fit for purpose and support them to feel confident that they know how to effectively job search and make job applications. We’ll also support them to find the training and development that they need to achieve their goals.
Where are we? We will meet with an individual at a community location that’s convenient to them on the Island, aiming to make the location as local as possible |
Who are we?
Reaching Connecting Supporting is an employability service available to anybody who is
18 years or older and is unemployed or economically inactive
