Our Planned Maintenance Programme for 2017 to 2018

As a part of our ongoing programme of maintenance and repair, we will be investing a further £650,000 over the next 12 months, ensuring that our homes are maintained in a decent and safe condition. This work was highlighted by our Stock Condition survey that we carried out in 2014/15.

We will focus on new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and external painting along with the usual day to day repairs, gas servicing and grounds maintenance.

In total, over the past 3 years we will have invested over £2m in our homes and are currently planning our 5 year programme of planned works and aim to publish this in the next 6 months.
