In complying with Government and legal requirements during the current pandemic, we are currently undertaking our activities in a limited way to ensure the safety of staff and tenants.

This means our office will be closed for the forseeable future and staff will be working remotely to deal with emergency repairs and management issues. Regular updates on how we are working are posted on this website and on our Twitter and Facebook pages.

However, we are available if you need advice and help in relation to any aspect of your tenancy and your home.

We know that Covid-19 has not only brought with it fear and uncertainty, it is also impacting many people financially. We want to do all we can to help and support you during this crisis, so we have created a small Helping Hands fund. This fund will provide a small cash award to help with basis costs such as food shopping and essentials. All tenants are welcome to apply for assistance by contacting their housing officer on 01983 525985 to complete a short application form over the phone. Every application will be looked at on a case by case basis.
