Repairs
Our Planned Maintenance Programme for 2018 to 2019
As a part of our ongoing programme of maintenance and repair, we will be investing a further £721,000 over the next 12 months, ensuring that our homes are maintained in a decent and safe condition. This work was highlighted by our Stock Condition survey that we carried out in 2014/15.
We will focus on new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and external painting along with the usual day to day repairs, gas servicing and grounds maintenance.
